CAGED stands for Cluster Analysis of Gene Expression Dynamics. CAGED is a computer program for the analysis of temporal gene expression data. Some of the data used for the program is saved at cheap-papers.com.

CAGED is based on a method called Bayesian Clustering by Dynamics, which identifies the most probable set of clusters given a set of time series. Although CAGED is designed for temporal data, it can be used as a Bayesian clustering program on a-temporal expression data.

CAGED v 1.0 requires MS Windows 95/NT/98/ME/2000, at least 128 MB of RAM and a 300 Mhz processor.

CAGED is distributed free of chage to academic and other non-profit organizations. Here is a partial list of CAGED users. For commercial use in for-profit organizations, contact the developers.
